BRYAN MCKENZIE It is with sad and heavy hearts we announce the tragic passing of our beloved husband, father and papa, Bryan McKenzie at the age of 72. He leaves behind and will be sorely missed by his beloved wife of 38 years, Agnes; daughter Christina Elizabeth (Donavin); son Alan (Sarah) and his cherished grandchildren James and Anthony. Also his sister Rita Dove of British Columbia and nephews Alan and John Bryan was predeceased by his father George; mother Christina; older brother George and brother-in-law Bill. Dad was born in Edinburgh, Scotland on July 20, 1937. After finishing his schooling he travelled the world before settling back down in Edinburgh where he met the love of his life Agnes, through working with the Salvation Army. Even though he had a hectic schedule at the hospital and a young family, Dad always made time for Church and God. As equally important to him in his later days, were his grandchildren James and Anthony. He took pride in all they did and their accomplishments. The family would like to extend special thanks and gratitude to Constable Jason Dyck and Constable Belinda Duncan for their hard work and compassion. It did not go unnoticed. Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, August 15 at 11:00 a.m. at the Salvation Army Citadel, 401 Henderson Hwy. with Officer Darrell Jackson officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Bryan's memory to the Salvation Army, Winnipeg East Community Church, 401 Henderson Hwy. Winnipeg MB R2K 2H4. The Lord is my shepherd, I shall not want He makes me lie down in green pastures He leads me beside quiet waters He restores my soul He guides me in the paths of righteousness for His name's sake. Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death I will fear no evil for you are with me Your rod and your staff, they comfort me. CROPO FUNERAL CHAPEL 586-8044
