AUDREY EMILY MCLEOD (nee BUSHBY) It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Audrey McLeod on Tuesday, August 18, 2009 at Concordia Hospital with her family by her side. Audrey was predeceased by her beloved husband, Cecil Alexander McLeod, her parents, Maud and Fredrick Bushby, and brothers, Harold and Jack. She leaves to mourn her only son, Roy and sister Islay Bushby; many nieces and nephews of the McLeod family and many relatives in England and Australia. Also close family friend Brian McNulty. Audrey was born in East Kildonan and spent all her life in East and North Kildonan. She was a member of Melrose Camp #126, Sons of Scotland, RCL Prince Edward Legion #81, Burns Club, Bleak House, and also involved with Folklorama, Scottish Pavilion. Audrey expressed a wish there be no service. We wish to thank the doctors and nurses of Concordia Hospital, particularly Sandra of N1 and I.C.U. who did so much for Audrey. Flowers gratefully declined. If you wish, donations may be made in Audrey's memory to the Winnipeg Humane Society. 586-8044
