IAN ROBERT MCMAHON
December 27, 1952 - December 2, 2020

Ian has made his final journey to his eternal campground on December 2, 2020, at the age of 67.

He is survived by his wife Claire (Ruest); his sons, Ross, Cameron (Kathleen); grandchildren, Hunter and Duncan, as well as his brother Bill Craig (Ethel) from Ireland.

He was predeceased by his parents, Charles Hart and Violet (McCraw) McMahon.

Born in Edinburgh, Scotland Ian immigrated to Canada with his family in 1982. He never lost his Scottish sense of humour nor his roots. He was employed by the St. Boniface Hospital for 30 years in a job that he thoroughly enjoyed. He was very involved with his Union and with several charitable organizations. Camping was something he dreamt of all year. Spring could not come soon enough.

Special thanks to Dr. D. Sutherland and her crew at CancerCare and also to the staff of 7AS at St. Boniface Hospital.

In lieu of flowers, donations to CancerCare Manitoba would be appreciated.

As per Ian's wishes, cremation has taken place and no service will be held. There will be a private family gathering at a later date.
